Smaller retail orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, while bulk 1 lb bags may take up to 7 days to process. Every order is freshly picked, packaged, and sealed at the time of shipping to ensure maximum freshness.
How do you pack your herbs?
We package all herbs, teas, and blends in FDA-approved food-safe materials. Depending on the product, we use foil bags, resealable clear pouches, or twist-tie kraft bags. If you order multiple quantities of the same herb, we combine them into one bag for freshness and efficiency. For example, two 4 oz quantities of Rose Petals will ship together as a single 8 oz bag. If you prefer separate bags, please note this in your order comments at checkout.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free anywhere in the United States for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard economy shipping is $4.95. International orders are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Please proceed through checkout to view your exact shipping cost before placing your order.
