Lemon Ginger Turmeric Honey Tea Recipe

For a naturally sweet and anti-inflammatory tea, this lemon, ginger, and turmeric blend with honey is both delicious and beneficial. Perfect for a boost when you’re feeling run-down!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp dried ginger root
  • 1 tsp dried turmeric root or turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp dried lemon peel
  • 1 tsp lemon balm
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (or to taste)
  • Optional: a pinch of black pepper (for better turmeric absorption)

Instructions:

  1. Combine ginger, turmeric, lemon peel, and lemon balm in a bowl.
  2. Place 1-2 tsp of the blend in a tea infuser and add boiling water.
  3. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and stir in honey and black pepper if using.

This tea has a wonderful zesty flavor with a hint of sweetness from honey. It’s ideal for immune support and soothing sore throats while tasting bright and warming.
