Instructions:

  2. Seal tightly and label with the date.
  3. Store in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks, shaking daily.
  4. Strain and store in a dark bottle.

Use: Take 20-30 drops before bedtime to help relax. This tincture keeps well for a year in a cool, dark spot.
