Holy Basil, or Tulsi, is a revered adaptogen. Here’s an easy recipe for a Tulsi tincture to help manage stress.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried Tulsi leaves
  • 2 cups high-proof alcohol (vodka)

Instructions:

  1. Place the Tulsi in a glass jar and cover with alcohol.
  2. Seal the jar and label it with the date.
  3. Store in a dark place, shaking daily for 4-6 weeks.
  4. Strain into a glass dropper bottle.

Use: Take 20-30 drops daily for stress support. This tincture lasts up to a year.
