Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp dried elderberries
  • 1 tsp dried echinacea root
  • 1 tsp rose hips
  • Optional: a dash of cinnamon or honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine elderberries, echinacea, and rose hips in a bowl.
  2. Place 1-2 tsp of the blend in a teapot or infuser and add boiling water.
  3. Steep for 7-10 minutes to extract all the beneficial compounds.
