How long does an order take to ship?

Orders currently take 1-2 business days to ship depending on the quantity of the order and what is ordered. Bulk 1 lb bags may take up to 5 days to ship. All orders are picked, packaged and sealed at the time of shipping to preserve freshness of the herbs.

How do you pack your herbs?

We use FDA-approved bags: foil bags, resealable clear bags, or bags with twist ties for our herbs, blends and teas. If you purchase 2 quantity of 4 oz herbs, we will combine them in a single package. For example, if you purchase 2 quantity of 4 oz Rose Petals, we will send 8 oz Rose Petals in a single bag. If you would like separate bags, please include this in the order notes.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free within the United States for all orders over $50. Standard economy shipping is $4.95 for orders under $50. If you are located outside of the United States, please proceed to checkout to see the shipping amount. It changes from state to state or country.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, we do allow you to modify your order as long as the order has not shipped or it is not currently being picked and packed. Please email us ASAP if you'd like to modify or add to your order. 

Do you offer wholesale?

We do offer wholesale for large volumes. Please email us at support@laherb.com to inquiry for wholesale pricing. Please include herb and amount.

Do you offer dropshipping? 

At this time we are unable to provide dropshipping. This may change in the near future.

What does "c/s" mean?

This stands for cut sifted. To cut and sift (c/s) ah herb means that the material has been chopped up and the very small particles are sifted out. This will result into little to no powder. This process helps to retain only the desired part of the plant while still allowing for a relatively fine consistency that is ready for use.

How should I store my herbs and spices?

Please store your herbs in a cool, dark place and dry place. This is the best way to store herbs, spices and teas. The best place to store them is in a dark kitchen cabinet or pantry in a glass or plastic jar.
