Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days, depending on the size and contents of the order. Bulk 1 lb bags may take up to 7 days to process and ship. We strive to ship most orders within 1-2 business days. To ensure the freshness of our herbs, all orders are picked, packaged, and sealed at the time of shipping. Most small orders ship same day or next day although depends on the warehouse.
Please note: Choosing expedited shipping will not speed up order processing times. Expedited shipping applies only to the transit time once the order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Occasionally, a signature may be required for delivery.
International Shipping
For international orders, LA Herb is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred during shipping.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund items shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If we receive your package back due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to the correct address. However, please note that we cannot verify the accuracy of the address entered at checkout.
If the item is returned to us and you prefer a refund instead of reshipping, the refund will exclude the original shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $75 within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
Important Note:
- If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
