Refund and Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for items if a request is made within 90 days of receiving the item.
- Please note, we do not accept returns on herbs or teas as these items cannot be resold and must be discarded.
Cancellations
We typically do not allow cancellations and if we can, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for products with manufacturing defects or fulfillment issues (e.g., incorrect item received).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.
- To initiate an exchange or report an issue, please contact us at support@laherb.com for authorization.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the issue is due to our error.
