Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried turmeric root powder
  • 2 cups vodka
  • Black pepper (optional, for absorption)

Instructions:

  1. Add turmeric and a pinch of black pepper to a jar.
  2. Pour in alcohol, cover completely, and seal.
  3. Label and store in a cool, dark place, shaking daily for 4-6 weeks.
  4. Strain into a dark bottle.

Use: Take 20-30 drops up to three times daily to support joint health.
