Vanilla Chai Spice Tea Recipe

This warm and aromatic vanilla chai tea is perfect for cozying up. The blend of spices paired with vanilla and a hint of sweetness makes for a comforting treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp black tea leaves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon chips
  • 1 tsp ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom pods, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract
  • Optional: honey or milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the tea leaves, spices, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Place 1-2 tsp of the blend in a tea infuser or directly in a pot and pour in boiling water.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes to bring out the flavors, then strain.
  4. Add honey and milk if desired for a creamy, sweet treat.
