Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried ginger root
- 1 tsp dried turmeric root or turmeric powder
- 1 tsp dried lemon peel
- 1 tsp lemon balm
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (or to taste)
- Optional: a pinch of black pepper (for better turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
- Combine ginger, turmeric, lemon peel, and lemon balm in a bowl.
